How it Works:
Pizza for every occasion
We arrive with our Italian wood-fired pizza oven 30 minutes prior to the serving time to set up and heat up the oven.
We will setup the serving table with linens and provide the plates, napkins and utensils.
During 3 hour serving time, we will freshly bake and serve hand tossed craft 14 inch pizzas of your choice.
We monitor the serving table and when a pizza is out, another one is freshly served.The pizza is served buffet style, so people are able to sample several different kinds at a time.
Pizzas are cooked in an 800F oven in less than 2 minutes and the oven can cook multiple pizzas at a time.
Our Dough
Natural ~ Sourdough ~ Handmade
Starting with the foundation of any good pie: the dough.We are proud to say that everything is handmade. We make our own dough using imported organic flour from Italy. We give our dough time to mature, an extended fermrtation allows gluten to break down so you can enjoy the quality and the flavor of a naturally leavened (Sourdough) pizza. The result is a helthier, bubbly, crisp, slightly charred crust, that is very flavorful.

Even with our natural extended fermrtation process allowing gluten to break down, we understand that gluten affects everyone differently, so we always try to have options that are gluten-free.
